Terms and Conditions

1.)  All items booked in at own risk.

2.)  No responsibility will be taken for any loss of data.

3.)  All original software and licenses must be made available on request. No pirated software will be        accepted.

4.)  Items not collected within 3 months of completion will be sold to defray storage cost.

5.)  An inspection fee will be charged on declined quotations for items booked in.

6.)  An inspection fee of R 80.00 will be charged even if the unit was not repairable for any reason         whatsoever.

A one year walk in warranty is given on parts for manufacturer defect. No warranty is given on software. A call out and labour rate will be charged for work that falls outside the warranty.

Compnet CC retains full ownership of goods until full payment has been received and confirmed.

Always bring your Customer Repair Order with you, otherwise we will not hand your equipment back to you.
